It's summer time and that means you're invited to the BATS Annual Picnic! The picnic will take place at Pioneer Log Cabin in Golden Gate Park on July 13, 2025, from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. We'll have fun outdoor activities, amazing company, and hopefully some beautiful weather! This will be a great chance to reconnect with our BATS community. 

Who will be there?  

The whole BATS Community (Company, Coaches, Long Time Students, New Students, Volunteers, Staff, Board Members, and Alumni)! 

What kind of party is it? 

It's a potluck party! Homemade dishes are especially appreciated and encouraged! You're encouraged to bring a Snack, Main Dish, Drink, or Dessert. To help you decide, see our pot-luck randomizer at the end of this message. (Hint: there are usually too many desserts and not enough main dishes. We're always excited to have more main dishes, even if it's not your assigned letter) (If it is difficult to bring something, don't fret we would love to see you anyway!).  

What should you wear?  

We encourage everyone to wear something comfortable and layers for weather changes. We also encourage you to bring a friend!

We need Picnic Volunteers! If you would like to volunteer to assist in either setting up the picnic or taking it down, please email bats@improv.org. We'd greatly appreciate your help
