It's the most magical time of the year -- time for the 2024 BATS Holiday Party! We're excited to invite you to our Annual Holiday Party, which will take place on Monday, December 2nd, from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Get ready for an evening filled with laughter, delicious treats, and festive cheer!

Who will be there?  

The whole BATS Community (Company, Coaches, Long Time Students, New Students, Volunteers, Staff, Board Members, and Alumni)! It's our biggest mixer of the year!

What kind of party is it? 

It's a potluck party! Homemade dishes are especially appreciated and encouraged! You're encouraged to bring a Snack, Main Dish, Drink, or Dessert. To help you decide, see our pot-luck randomizer at the end of this message. (Hint: there are usually too many desserts and not enough main dishes. We're always excited to have more main dishes, even if it's not your assigned letter) (If it is difficult to bring something, don't fret we would love to see you anyway!).  

What should you wear?  

We encourage everyone to wear something festive and comfortable. We also encourage you to bring a friend!

We need Party Volunteers! We're looking for volunteers to help with set-up and end of night clean-up. Please sign up HERE to volunteer your help.
