San Jose's Chiseled began when, Tom Gewecke and Stefan Frazier, two friends who’ve played in various formations (often together) around town for years got together during the pandemic and started carving out bigger and bigger chunks of time devoted to song creation, recording, and producing, an effort that ultimately led to an album release in July 2021. Tom and Stef initially bonded over Townes Van Zandt, and are influenced by a range of folk, country, indie, and other strains of Americana – though have been known to dabble elsewhere too

Opening for Chiseled will be The SUnny Blues Band making their first appearence at Art Boutiki.
