Space objects present one of the greatest challenges for an improviser: how to bring to life the cups, spoons, phones, guns, mousetraps and windows that we've named in our scenes, with nothing but our hands, body and imagination. Space objects also have the promise to take our scenes in surprising directions and to take our play into engaging vulnerability. This class is open to all levels and will give you new strategies for creating and maintaining space objects and a new appreciation for their power.

We have community standards, a conflict process, and a COVID prevention policy in place. Agreement/acceptance of these policies is required to participate in BATS classes. Summer Youth and Adult Sessions cancellation policy:
- If you cancel more than 14 days (2 weeks) before your first class, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee.
- If you cancel within 14 days (2 weeks) of your first class, or any time after your first class session, your tuition will be forfeit.
In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.

Refund Policy:
BATS Improv Class Refund Policy If you cancel more than 96 hours (4 days) before a class begins, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of your first class, or any time after your first class session, your tuition will be forfeit. In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
