Benefiting the Survivors of Hurricane Helene
Help us extend Castle Noel & our Medina Partners' spirit of giving to North Carolina Hurricane Helene Survivors on January 10-12. With up to 35 busloads of families set to arrive, you can help make a difference in their lives by supporting this incredible event organized by Dana and Mark Klaus and the City of Medina, Main Street Medina, the Medina Visitor Bureau, and the Medina Chamber of Commerce. Help them prepare for a weekend filled with love, laughter, and the magic of Christmas as we bring smiles, comfort, and a much need metal health break to those who need it most. Donate now and be a part of this unforgettable experience!
“When Hurricane Helene struck, it left families struggling to rebuild their lives and homes,” shared Mark Klaus. “Dana and I felt called to action. Christmas is about family, hope, and community — things these families need now more than ever. With the incredible support of the local community, we aim to give them a holiday they’ll never forget, one that reminds them they’re not alone and that brighter days are on the horizon.
How You Can Help
Community members and businesses can join in by contributing toward transportation, lodging, or meals, or by offering goods and services. Every donation, big or small, will make an impact.
To achieve this ambtious goal, organizers are calling on local businesses and community members to lend a hand.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2025. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2025. For tours in November & December we will reschedule tours for January - September 2025. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. DONATIONS to "The Promise of Christmas" are donations to a non-profit Hurricane Relief Event. These are donations to Hurricane Survivors. Donations are NOT tickets and they do not provide access to Castle Noel, Mark Klaus Attractions, or The Promise of Christmas events. •SANTA DAY for Santa's and Mrs. Klaus' ONLY: A full refund two weeks before reservation date. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
