Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Please consider your purchase carefully as there are no refunds. Terms & Conditions, procedures, dates, times, programs, fees, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Please refer to Haunted Theater's Box Office Guidelines before buying your ticket. All ticket purchases are subject to fees, which will be applied at the time of the online sale. Should you find yourself unable to utilize a purchased ticket, you are permitted to transfer the ticket to another individual or switch your show day up to 24 hours before your time slot. However, once the experience has commenced, tickets will no longer be valid for transfers or use. No Refunds will be offered for unused tickets. Patrons arriving late for their designated haunted house time slot may be denied entry. While staff will try to make efforts to accommodate late guests, entry is not guaranteed. Late arrival does not entitle patrons to a ticket refund. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you can be on time.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a schedule change, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Ticket holders will be notified via email or phone regarding the rescheduling once a new date and time have been confirmed. Should you be unable to attend on the new date, you have the option to receive a credit equivalent to the full value of the ticket for a future show or transfer your ticket to another individual. Haunted Theater is open rain or shine. In the event the show must be cancelled due to a force of nature, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued solely in the event of performance cancellation due to extreme conditions. Should a show be cancelled, we will make every effort to promptly notify all ticketed patrons via email.
