JOIN US FOR A FUN WEEKEND CELEBRATING ST. PATRICK'S DAY
South Bay Scottish Society is pleased to announce a whole NEW Celtic Highland competition event, partnered with the City of Dublin, in Dublin, California March 15th & 16th, 2025 located at the Dublin Civic Center (Sports Fields)100 Civic Plaza, during the Dublin St. Patrick's Day weekend celebrations. Lots of festivities: vendors, animals, live music and most importantly, Sheaf for Height and Caber Challenge. This event gets bigger and bigger each year and draws thousands of people.
No entry fees required but you must register. NASGA and SBSS rules apply. Bring your Clan motivation, fork and kilt. Bring your own lunch, chairs and supplements. Festival T-shirts will be provided along with SBSS memorabilia. Awards will only go to First Place winners. Certificates will be printed & passed out. Plan to compete till 3:30 pm. There will be a break for lunch so you may enjoy the festival.
Sheaf will begin in the morning and Caber in the afternoon. Women will compete on Saturday March 15th. Men will compete on Sunday March 16th. A required signed waiver will be available at registration.
